From Idea to Wall

Real projects where eco-friendly paint transforms both health and aesthetics.

Living Room Intervention

Living Room Intervention

Situation

Old house under renovation. The main space—living room, dining room, and kitchen—is painted entirely in white. The visual reading is homogeneous and flat.

Opportunity

Darkening this wall breaks the white uniformity and builds a richer spatial reading. The dark green establishes a natural continuity with the village exterior.

Material & Technique

Lime paint: a mineral material that breathes, regulates humidity, and offers a matte finish with a slight vibration that scatters light, creating nuances.

Transformation of a Degraded Hallway

Situation

Access hallway to the staircase in a degraded state: cracks, irregular areas, and worn surfaces. The space felt tired and lacked cohesion.

Opportunity

Clay mortar is applied to level the support without losing its character. A soft ochre activates the space, adding warmth to the transition to the stairs.

Material & Technique

Clay paint: a material that regulates humidity and reduces ambient dryness. The finish is completely matte, absorbing light and providing vibration.

Wooden Window Restoration

Situation

Eixample apartment with wooden windows showing signs of time and weather exposure: dried-out areas and aged paint layers.

Opportunity

The original white is kept to respect the heritage and shared landscape of the Eixample courtyard, accompanying the light without imposing.

Material & Technique

Water-based enamel for wood: moisture and temperature-resistant, allowing breathability, with a soft satin finish for easy maintenance.

Interior Woodwork Update

Situation

Built-in wardrobe doors in an old apartment. The original dark brown felt visually heavy and darkened the space.

Opportunity

Painting the doors in a rosy gray lightens their presence and integrates them into the room, updating the look without losing history.

Material & Technique

Water-based enamel: scuff-resistant and easy to clean. Creates a uniform layer that regularizes the surface with great chromatic sensitivity.
